Feather River Canyon Delights

Very busy day, so I'm just posting three from my Sunday trip down the canyon. Will add information, adventures, and more photos soon. These are, from top to bottom, Deadly Nightshade (the family from which we get tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant. and peppers), Harlequin Lupine (pea family, with an aphid guest), and grass pink (carnation family) which is a non-native that has become successfully naturalized. It moves a little further up the canyon every season.
