Complementary Colors

I had an enjoyable early morning adventure with my camera.  Posting my prettiest picture while eating lunch.  Will provide nature notes and other photos later.  This is a Two-tailed Swallowtail butterfly on a Lilac.  My adventure was composed of two separate hikes - one in my immediate neighborhood and the other on the campus of Feather River College.  It felt like one continuous experience, though.  Very relaxing and rewarding.
