That Same Afternoon
After getting some interesting shots in the morning of frost melting off pine trees, I got to drive the East Shore of Lake Almanor, the first time in months that I've been here on a sunny day. Lassen Peak was gorgeous and the waterfowl in the very smooth lake made interesting wave patterns. I visited a friend on the Almanor Peninsula and photographed a great icicle on their house. As if that weren't enough excitement, when I arrived home there was a great growth of rime ice on our lilac bush. I hope you enjoy the photos.
