They seemed to be having such a great time! An impromptu drive up to the Dean's Valley area produced many surprises. This is a sampler. The ladybugs were gathered on the tops of Salsify, and a few were on individual blades of grass nearby. There were also lots of grasshoppers in the area and a surprising variety of blooming wildflowers. Felt a bit like spring. Will post more photos from this jaunt tomorrow.
